By using EcoShine Property Care services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services
- We provide cleaning, gardening, and related property care services as described on our website.
- Service times are estimates and may vary.
- Customers must ensure safe and clear access to the property.
2. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are clearly listed on our website or in quotes.
- We require full payment at the time of booking to confirm your service.
- Payments are accepted via card, bank transfer, or secure online checkout.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made 24 hours in advance are free of charge.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days.
4. Liability
- We are fully insured for property damage and public liability.
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear & tear, or risks outside our control.
- Customers must disclose hazards (pets, chemicals, etc.) before service
5. Staff & Conduct
- All EcoShine staff are DBS-checked, insured, and trained.
- Customers may not hire staff directly outside EcoShine contracts.
6. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
